Cantium will continue to serve Kent County Council, while services for schools and other public and private organisations will now be delivered under the EIS brand name.
Originally established as a Kent County Council-owned trading company, EIS has over 35 years of experience building a strong legacy of supporting organisations with tailored IT solutions.
By reintroducing EIS, we’re strengthening our focus on delivering tailored, high-quality IT solutions to the education sector, as well as to public and private organisations. While the name is evolving, our commitment to our customers remains the same – with the teams and services you know, now complemented by new offerings that expand the support available to you.

As part of the Commercial Services Group (CSG), we are evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers. CSG has been restructured into four key service areas to better serve organisations across various sectors:

EIS will now operate within the Children & Education portfolios, ensuring that our IT services continue to meet the specific needs of the organisations we serve.

As part of this transition, the teams supporting EIS will now use @eis.co.uk email addresses, replacing previous Cantium contact details. For now, any messages sent to old Cantium addresses will still reach us, but we recommend updating your contacts to reflect the new domain.
