• Clone your PI Setup – learn to clone the PI Setup and select your current season/ default season and bring over past QN’s.
• Manage Performance Indicators – Set up the QN’s in this area to be able to pull in points and equivalence in the Edit PI. KS4 and 16-18.
• Add Qualification Data/Discount Codes – Import the latest files and set your points and equivalence, add QN’s to the area if needed.
• Add a Results Embargo – Needed to be in place prior to results coming into the database.
• Run pre-results reports – Certain reports to run to check your QCA codes and QAN’s are in the base data.
• Run Exam Reports – Statement of results and PI Reporting.
• Add Results for EDI, Non-EDI and External – See the different routes available for importing.
