Simon is an experienced leader, in both the public and private sector, with a background in services, delivery and transformation. Outcome focused with a real drive for making things happen, Simon is passionate about high standards and delivering on customer promises.

As Business Operations Director for EIS, Simon’s role works across the entire business and customer base to ensure high quality underpins everything at EIS.

Simon works closely with EIS's clients and partners to nurture and develop relationships and opportunities that will be mutually beneficial by reviewing processes, governance and systems to identify efficiency improvements or problems to resolve. Simon is also passionate about developing and enhancing EIS's culture.

Brett Smith

Head of Growth, Retention & Professional Services

With over 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development, Brett brings a strong track record of helping organisations grow through meaningful partnerships and customer-focused solutions.

At EIS, Brett leads the development of new services that reflect emerging trends, client expectations and the evolving needs of our customers and the sectors we serve. He brings a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, always looking for ways to deliver smarter, more effective solutions.

Before stepping into this role, Brett served as Account Director within the organisation, where he built strong, strategic relationships and drove value through consultative, client-led approaches.

Jamie Parish

Commercial Financial Director

Jamie has extensive financial experience, having worked in the private sector for 19 years, where he had responsibility for ensuring the operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and direct management of financial functions.

With 18 years post qualified Chartered Accountant experience, Jamie has led finance teams that deliver commercial focus to improve processes, deliver efficiencies and meet business objectives through technical expertise and team leadership.

Will Asare

Head of New Business Development

With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, Will brings deep expertise in education technology and IT support for schools.

As Head of New Business Development at EIS, Will focuses on identifying new opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships across the education space and beyond. His knowledge of the sector, combined with an energy and passion for improving outcomes through technology, enables him to connect schools with solutions that make a real impact.

Having previously led as Education Account Manager, Will has built lasting relationships with schools and trusts — always with a focus on delivering value, trust, and exceptional service. His collaborative approach and commitment to long-term partnerships reflect the core values at the heart of EIS.

Debbie is a driven professional with over 15 years of experience in education and technology-based client and student services, building strong relationships and delivering data-informed, impactful projects.

Focused on customer satisfaction, Debbie’s role is to ensure seamless service delivery and resilient infrastructure and support services to our customers.
